How do we decide if a Pattaya Property is ‘right’ for you?

One of the key factors that separates our Pattaya property investment service from that of other property sourcing companies is this …We don’t decide if a property is ‘right’ … YOU DO.

Let me explain …
First – we don’t offer an Armchair property to 1,000’s of investors, or even 100’s – we only offer that property to YOU. And … we offer it to you exclusively for 3 days.

How do we decide what property to offer you?
Because – you will have given us your personal property requirements when you reserved a place on our Armchair property sourcing list.

Pattaya Property

You can tell us exactly what property you want for your portfolio …
Minimum and maximum valuation, maximum mortgage, type of property, number of beds, ready to rent or requiring refurbishment, minimum gross and net rental yield … and any other personal preferences you have.
And once you instruct us … we go and source and offer property that we believe matches your personal requirements.

But – if you feel a property is not ‘right’ – that is absolutely no problem – just ‘pass’ – and we will keep sourcing and offering you property until you are 100% certain that a property IS ‘right’.
You get 12 pages of detailed information and photographs and – because we have visited every property and we know the area intimately – you can ask us any questions and make an informed decision.

And – crucially – you also know this …
We are going to take responsibility for tenanting and managing that property for you.  And I really do mean ‘take responsibility’.

Pattaya Property

Because – if we don’t find a tenant before your first mortgage is due – we will pay that first mortgage for you.
And of course – thereafter – we will manage your property – collecting rent and providing you and your tenants with a full 24/7 management service.

But – if you feel a property is not ‘right’ – that is absolutely no problem – just ‘pass’ – and we will keep sourcing and offering you property until you are 100% certain that a property IS ‘right’.
